The Board of Directors of Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, declared today a quarterly cash dividend of 2.25 cents ($0.0225) per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable December 21, 2009 to stockholders of record on December 7, 2009.
