Oil States Announces Fourth Quarter 2012 Earnings Conference Call

HOUSTON-January  23, 2013-Oil States  International, Inc.  (NYSE: OIS) announced
today that it has scheduled its fourth quarter 2012 earnings conference call for
Wednesday,  February 20, 2013 at  11:00 am Eastern  time.  During  the call, the
company  will discuss the results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, which
are expected to be released on February 19th, after markets close.
