Oco Adds Senior Staff to Go-to-Market Team

and manufacturing solutions. Barovich is responsible for the overall direction of the company's sales activities, and Morandi will lead the growth of Oco's BI solutions for industrial and manufacturing markets. The new appointments reflect the heightened demand for Oco's BI solutions as the market for SaaS-based BI solutions continues to gain momentum in a broad base of industries worldwide.

Barovich brings 20 years of sales and sales management experience to Oco. Prior to joining the company, Barovich was vice president of sales at Cymfony, a market-influence analytics company and a division of TNS Media Intelligence. At Cymfony, he doubled revenue and added 90 new accounts by building a team and establishing a successful lead generation to client acquisition processes. Before Cymfony, he spent six years at Forrester Research driving revenue by increasing retention and account penetration through a strategic account development process. Prior to Forrester, Barovich worked for IMPAX, a sales training and consulting company, helping organizations such as D&B, American Express, CIGNA, and IBM develop strategies and skills for selling to senior-level executives.

Morandi has more than 22 years of experience in senior-level positions for manufacturing and high technology companies. During his 17-year career at General Electric, he held senior-level positions including director of worldwide customer support at Aircraft Engines and he was a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Additionally he was a partner of ServiceEdge Consulting, where he led new business development, services offering design & deployment and client relationship initiatives. Prior to ServiceEdge Consulting, he was vice president of enterprise collaboration solutions for Parametric Technology Corporation.
