- Oasis Online Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: OOLN) and TranSend International, Inc. have decided to terminate the November 2007 non-binding letter of intent pursuant to which Oasis was to acquire TranSend International Inc.
Oasis CEO Erik J. Cooper commented, "It is unfortunate that we have not been able finalize the acquisition of TranSend. We want what is best for our
shareholders, and after lengthy discussions with TranSend management, as well as our professional advisors, it was determined that the proposed transaction was not in the Company's best interest. We would like to thank the management of TranSend for all of their hard work during the due diligence period."
Over the course of the discussions, Oasis and TranSend identified possible revenue opportunities and discussions continue regarding the joint development of these opportunities.
Oasis continues to actively research other potential acquisition opportunities.
