One person who is doing something to make New York City a better place is Craig Hammerman, an extraordinary volunteer who inspires, motivates and organizes citizens to solve problems, improve lives and build stronger communities.

Mr. Hammerman's volunteer positions have included: New York State Foundation

For his tireless work to improve the lives of countless people in the Big Apple, the New York City Hall of Fame inducted Craig Hammerman into its first class of honorees.
