(OTC Pink Sheets: NXGH) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Green Bridge Industries, Inc., has entered into a licensing agreement with SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc.(Public, OTC:SPNG), in which Green Bridge Industries has the exclusive nationwide rights to produce, market, and distribute the SpongeTech(R) Stain Remover Pens.
SpongeTech(R) has built a globally recognized brand over the last 2 years; advertising with major radio and television media outlets, including regional and national television commercials on major broadcast and cable networks. SpongeTech(R) also has agreements with 28 Major League Baseball teams advertising in stadiums across the country as well as other sporting events such as the Mike Ashley Racing and the
National Hot Rod Association, World Football Challenge, and the Nautica NYC Triathlon.
