Nursing and Medical Internships now Available with AfriVol Ghana

2012-01-26 15:25:49 - AfriVol is recruiting volunteers and Interns for the Medical Centre. They are looking for nurses, nursing assistants and pre-medicine students to join their team.

The Medical Centre was established in March 1970 as a clinic and has maintained its legacy through offering quality service at a reasonable cost. Its core values include continually striving to improve its facilities, standards and technology.

Their system of practicing medical care has attracted specialists from a variety of medical and surgical fields. These specialists are able to use their skills efficiently and work cooperatively with a team approach to patient care. This team approach is the key to their success. The Medical Centre was founded upon the premise of group medical practice and today the centre boasts of over thirty regular specialists working together for the benefit of the patient.

AfriVol volunteers work to support indigenous Ghanaian organizations, promoting social and economic change while developing skills and gaining experiences in our volunteers and interns, which mould them into global citizens.
