Ltd (Anshinsoft), an IT consulting and software development company based in India. The company capitalized at 5.7 million INR (about $113,000 USD). This investment secures offshore development locations and enhances global operational support for NRI's financial solutions.

Over the last 10 years, Anshinsoft has supported the development and maintenance of NRI's I-STAR/GV product, a back-office solution in the securities business. I-STAR/GV offers scalability for a dramatically changing business environment by providing real-time position management across global operations, consolidated management of client accounts and a cross-check for intra-office data to broker-dealers.

Head quartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, Anshinsoft is being renamed to Nomura Research Institute Financial Technologies India Pvt.

Ltd. With approximately 180 local employees, this will be the 18th office outside of Japan for NRI.
