investments to Silchester International Investors LLP, has fallen below 5% on
February 1, 2013. Silchester International Investors LLP now owns 5,819,555
shares, which represent 4.91% of Amer Sports Corporation's share capital and
voting rights.

Amer Sports capital consists of 118,517,285 issued shares.
