According to the notification, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance
Company's (Business ID 0107638-1) holding in Vaisala Oyj goes below
five (5) per cent of the outstanding share capital of the company.
 Ilmarinen's proportion of Vaisala's share capital is 4,93 % and of
the company's voting rights 1,09 %.
