transactions concluded on 11 November 2009 the shareholding of
Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen has decreased to below 1/20
of the share capital and voting rights in Pöyry PLC.

The shareholding of Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen,
Porkkalankatu 1, 00018 Ilmarinen, Finland, business ID 0107638-1, is
as of 11 November 2009 3.43 per cent of the share capital entitling
to 3.46 per cent of the voting rights of Pöyry PLC.

The registered share capital of Pöyry PLC comprises a total of
58 903 510 shares entitling to a total of 58 526 353 votes.
