- At its meeting on February 20, 2008, the Board of Directors of NewBridge Bancorp, parent company of NewBridge Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.17 per share of common stock, payable on April 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on April 1, 2008.

Common stock of NewBridge Bancorp is traded on the Global Select Market of the
