Political comic creator, Joseph Bertolami, announces the launch of his new website www.CoffeeHousePhilosophy.com.

The site features Bertolami's views and opinions on a variety of political topics that should be of concern to every American.

"Coffee House Philosophy represents my effort to remind Americans that our freedom is not guaranteed in perpetuity," states Bertolami.

Joseph Bertolami has been a practicing CPA for

over 30 years. In that time he has witnessed our collective freedom and quality of life diminish drastically. With the further erosion of the democracy during the current Bush administration, the future well-being of the nation is a tremendous concern to him. Catalyzed by the notion that "if the people will lead, the leaders will follow" he was inspired to express the shortcomings of our broken government through the vehicle of polictical comics.

By integrating political substance with humor, his goal is to bring to light what he perceives as the real political problems in the hope of changing the direction of the country for the betterment of all.

"If we "fall asleep at the wheel"-as we have during The Bush Years-our freedom can easily be replaced with fear mongering, oppression, and despotism, as exemplified by the current Bush Administration."

"Four more years of "leadership" like this, and the days of America being a respected world leader will be a thing of the past."

"I have watched the downward trend of our political process for the last couple of decades with great dismay in my heart. With the appalling policies of the Bush Administration, I could stay quiet no longer."

Bertolami's political comics express his thoughts and opinions in an easy to read format. The label of "comic" should not take away from the severity of the overall message presented.

Discussion of any of the political comics are encouraged on the site's forums.

An announcement is expected in the very near future that a major news website will begin to feature the CoffeeHousePhilosophy.com political comics.

"I believe our country and Democracy are at great risk of becoming an empty cliché of days gone by. As Americans we must do everything we can to try to restore our beloved Republic with the principles of Democracy and world leadership that make this country great," concludes Bertolami.
