2013-01-27 09:18:04 - Outskirts Press announces the latest highly anticipated Middle Atlantic United States history book from New Ulm, MN, author Frederick Wulff.

Denver, CO, and New Ulm, MN - Outskirts Press, Inc. has published Alexander McKee - The Great White Elk: British Indian Agent On The Colonial Frontier by Frederick Wulff. The author's most recent book to date is a 6 x 9 paperback in the Middle Atlantic United States history category and is available worldwide on book retailer websites such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. The webpage at www.outskirtspress.com/alexandermckeethegreatwhiteelk was launched simultaneously with the book's publication.

Alexander McKee, a mixed-blood British agent, was one of the few individuals in history able to unite Indians and exert unbelievable leadership on their behalf. When the War for Independence broke out between the Colonies and the British, McKee chose to remain

loyal to his mother country and assumed a major role on the American frontier. Because of his selfless devotion to the British and the Native Americans, he forfeited massive real estate and social standing when he left his Pittsburgh mansion to organize Indian raids on the American frontier, for which he was branded a traitor by the Continental Congress. This exciting and well-researched book sheds new light on McKee’s role in history as he maneuvered British frontier policy and promoted the interests of the beleaguered Native Americans. It’s little wonder that the Natives called McKee “The Great White Elk.”

428 pages in length, Alexander McKee - The Great White Elk: British Indian Agent On The Colonial Frontier is being aggressively promoted to appropriate markets with a focus on the Middle Atlantic United States history category. With U.S. wholesale distribution through Ingram and Baker & Taylor, and pervasive online availability through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and elsewhere, Alexander McKee - The Great White Elk meets consumer demand through both retail and library markets with a suggested retail price of $18.95.

Additionally, Alexander McKee - The Great White Elk can be ordered by retailers or wholesalers for the maximum trade discount price set by the author in quantities of ten or more from the Outskirts Press Direct bookstore at www.outskirtspress.com/bookstore.
