Magnus Nilsson has been appointed as the new President and Chief
Executive Officer of Elanders AB.

He is succeeding Patrick Holm who, after 7 years as the President and
CEO of Elanders, will move on to other business.

Magnus is presently the head of the business area User Manuals and
the Managing Director of Elanders' operations in China. He is 42
years old and has been in the industry since 1987. He joined Elanders
in 1999.
