New KILL DIET book promises weight loss with bacon and cheesecake

Norfolk, VA – It sounds too good to be true, but author and nutrition consultant Scott Hogan advocates eating larger meals and more dietary fat for sustained weight loss. His new book, KILL DIET Part 1, explains how to “Eat More, Lose Fat, Save Time, and Enjoy Your Food.”

How can bacon and cheesecake be part of a successful weight loss program? It’s simple according to Hogan:

“Fat really doesn’t make you fat. A lot of the foods we’ve been told to avoid for weight loss and heart health reasons are the exact foods we should be eating,” says Hogan. “Take cheesecake for example: when you strip away the ingredients that actually make it fattening, it’s the perfect food for weight loss.”
