items at Dine Boston as part of the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, which showcases New England chefs' specialties for a three-month period at the airport restaurant. The media is invited to attend a complimentary lunch and welcome event at Dine Boston that will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. EDT.

"BAA Boston and Dine Boston are pleased to introduce Chef Chris Douglass to the traveling passengers through the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program. We are certain that his cuisine will only enhance the many dining choices at the AIRMALL(R) at Boston Logan International Airport."
Dine Boston is conveniently located pre-security in the AIRMALL(R) in Terminal E, which means airport visitors and airline passengers can both sample the delicious fare created by Chef Douglass. His imaginative and flawlessly executed New England/American cuisine has earned ICARUS a spot in the top 20 most popular Boston restaurants (as designated by the 2007 Zagat Survey). The Boston Globe has described Douglass' cuisine as "...dishes and flavors with integrity."
Douglass' menu will include items such as Polenta with Braised Exotic Mushrooms; Pan Roasted Bell & Evans Chicken Breast with Stewed Artichokes, New Potatoes and Lemon; and Sauteed Black Cod with Wellfleet Littlenecks, White Beans and Morels. For dessert, Chef Douglass will feature Cherry Crostada with Vanilla Ice Cream.
The Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program, founded by Dine Boston, enables renowned New England chefs to "moonlight" at the restaurant and create a special menu for visitors. Past chefs featured in the Dine Boston Visiting Chef Program include Paul O'Connell from Chez Henri; Robert Thomas from Max Stein's American Steakhouse; and Erwin Ramos from Ole Mexican Grill.
PLEASE NOTE: Complimentary lunch will be served to the media on June 4, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. EDT at Dine Boston, which is located in Terminal E (pre-security).
