MINNEAPOLIS - The Art Institutes International Minnesota is now offering a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion & Retail Management. This fast-paced industry requires talented, creative professionals who have a strong business sense and an eye for style. The fashion and retail industry demands people who have knowledge and training in marketing and design.

The Fashion & Retail Management

program at The Art Institutes International Minnesota will offer experience across disciplines in business, fashion, and retail management. The emphasis is on the business management perspective of the program with a sprinkling of the fashion angle. This program will prepare students as managers in a business environment. As a bonus, students will learn a great deal about the aspects of fashion. The content of the curriculum includes fashion and retail industry trends and manufacturing, general business, management, operations and compliance, retailing, marketing, and advertising.

Academic Director for the Fashion & Retail Management program, Dr. Kristen Brown commented, '"With an emphasis in retail and business management and a dash of the fashion angle, we offer a solid bachelor's degree program that will prepare students as managers in a business environment. Students will also gain insight and knowledge of the world of fashion as a bonus.-
