2013-03-14 17:09:33 - Emma Wilkinson, Director at The Charter Company, has been selected to join the BACA (Baltic Air Charter Association) Council.

She began her aviation career in 1997 with Gold Air International, based initially at Cambridge Airport and, as it grew, at Stansted Airport.

Ms Wilkinson then moved to managing teams of charter sales executives and promoting general aviation at London City Airport before joining the Execujet Aviation Group in July 2008. There she worked within the aircraft sales team before becoming Charter Manager for Europe.

She joined The Charter Company as Charter Manager in 2011 and became Director in September 2012.

BACA Chairman Dick Gilbert says: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to the council. Having worked for operators, airports and as a charter broker, she brings to the council a wealth of aviation experience along with many general management skills.”

Wilkinson says: “I very much look forward to working alongside my fellow council members in promoting BACA, assisting its members and giving something back to an industry that I feel very passionately about.”

BACA, based at the Baltic Exchange in London, represents the interests of air charter brokers, aircraft operators, airports, aviation lawyers and others in the global air charter industry.
