Reading and Birmingham: The opening of the second ABBE approved Energy Assessor College, in Birmingham, has been announced.

The centre now makes Energy Assessor courses accessible to anyone living in Central England and Northern Wales, in addition to the established Energy Assessor College Reading, serving Southern England and Southern Wales.

State-of-the-art learning environment
Located at One Victoria Square, in the heart of the

city, the centre features state-of-the-art training facilities including HDTV and ergonomic seating, all set in a relaxed environment.

With a class size limit of sixteen people, ensuring all course attendees get individual attention from their trainer, the Energy Assessor College Birmingham aims to provide a professional and enjoyable learning experience.

Energy Assessor courses on offer
"Training on offer at the Birmingham centre includes Multi-skilled, New Build, Commercial and Domestic Energy Assessor courses," says Simon MacTaggart, MD, Built Environment and Skills Training (BEST) Ltd.

Accredited by ABBE, the body appointed by the Government to oversee certification of every newly qualified Energy Assessor, courses lead to ABBE Diplomas, which are Vocationally Related Qualifications, required to work in the industry.
