2013-12-07 13:46:27 - This December Northern Ireland Children’s Books Publisher, Emain Publications will publish 2 new titles, ‘The Pink Man’ the 2nd Orlagh Rose story and ‘Timothy’s Dream’ written by Lauren Dunlop at aged 11.

This month Northern Ireland Children’s Books Publisher, Emain Publications will publish 2 new titles, ‘The Pink Man’ the 2nd Orlagh Rose story and ‘Timothy’s Dream’ written by Lauren Dunlop at aged 11.

Author and founder of Emain Publications, Shauna Dunlop stated:
“I am delighted to be publishing the 2nd Orlagh Rose story this year. These stories, written for my daughter are precious to not only me but so many others who have loved the first title ‘The Lemon Sugar Baked Cookies’ which was published last October.

‘Timothy’s Dream’ will also we hope be a delight to children and parents alike this Christmas. Lauren has created a magical world all about Timothy the owl, who is 5 years old but quite grown up

for his age. Illustrated and designed by the very talented local artist Gary Boyd from Limavady, this book is a unique and wonderful experience

‘The Pink Man’ is scheduled for release for the 9 December to coincide with the end of the Emain Publications Kickstarter campaign, ‘Stories for Life – A New Generation of Writing for Kids This fundraising campaign is aiming to support the development of 7 new children’s books written by local authors for next year.

A Christmas launch for ‘Timothy’s Dream’ is planned for Sunday 22 December, at the Crescent Arts Centre, 2-4 University Rd, Belfast, Antrim BT7 1NH from 11.30am and 3.30pm as part of the Belfast Fine & Dandy Market.
