(NASDAQ: NETL), a leader in the design and development of knowledge-based processors and high-speed integrated circuits, announced today that it has voluntarily withdrawn and re-filed its notification and report form (HSR Form) with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (HSR Act) in order to allow more time for
agency review of information in connection with NetLogic Microsystems’ proposed acquisition of certain assets associated with Integrated Device Technology Inc.’s (IDT) network search engine products.
NetLogic Microsystems originally filed its HSR Form on May 16, 2009 and re-filed the HSR Form on June 11, 2009.
NetLogic Microsystems remains committed to working cooperatively with the agencies while the proposed acquisition is under review.
