A fitness with round-the-clock access, 24/7 Neighborhood Gym has leased 3,015 square feet of retail space and is slated to open for business in January 2010. Hickory Creek Plaza is located at Hickory Creek Road and Teasley Lane in Denton, TX.

Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased retail space in Denton, TX at Hickory Creek Plaza to 24/7 Neighborhood Gym.
