Aldo Uva, Chief Executive Officer, and Mariano Domingo, Chief Financial Officer, will discuss

financial results, followed by a question and answer session, in a teleconference at 10:00 a.m. New York time (3:00 p.m. London time ? 4:00 p.m. Italian time) on Thursday November 20, 2008.
