Baggett oversees NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory's communications activities in

media relations, informal and formal relations, television, Internet, internal communications and public outreach services. His work has recognized by virtually every major national and international awards competition, including local and national Emmys, two Peabodys and the DePont Columbia Journalism Award.
