Cleveland, Ohio, February 28, 2013- NACCO Industries, Inc. (NYSE:NC) will
release 2012 Fourth Quarter and full year financial results and will file its
2012 Annual Report on Form 10-K after the close of the market on Wednesday,
March 6, 2013.

The Company will also hold a conference call on Thursday, March 7, 2013 to
