Movea SA today announced that it has named Charles Picasso as Chairman of the Board and Julian Foulger as Chief Financial Officer. Both join Movea SA, a spin-off from the French research institute CEA-Léti, as it consolidates its position as the global leader in products, technology, and patents for motion-sensing applications in consumer electronics, healthcare, game and sports markets.

As Chairman, Mr. Picasso will lead the Board and company in implementing their aggressive global growth strategies in new and existing markets.

Mr. Foulger, responsible for the financial execution of the company’s objectives, will ensure that Movea SA continues to provide cost effective motion capture solutions for consumers and businesses, whilst driving financial performance improvements and delivering increased financial value to the

company's shareholders.

Mr. Picasso is also the Lead Director of the Board at Narus Inc, a leader in providing real-time traffic intelligence for the largest internet protocol networks around the world. Mr. Picasso served as the President and CEO of IHS, Inc. (NYSE: IHS) a leading global source of critical information and insight. In November 2005, under Mr. Picasso’s leadership IHS was successfully listed at the New York Stock Exchange.
In 2000, Mr. Picasso joined Digital Island Inc/Cable & Wireless Internet Service as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Digital Island Mr.

Picasso held several senior executive positions with AT&T Global Information Solutions/NCR Corp, Concept Group, Matra Group (now EADS), Control Data Corp, Prime Computer, Xerox Corp in the USA, Europe and Middle East. He also served on the board of the Colorado Association of Commerce & Industry, on the Advisory Board for the College of Engineering at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and on the board of Concept SA in Paris France.

Mr. Foulger comes to Movea from Shaw Healthcare Group, a UK Healthcare concern where he had been Financial Director and a Board Member since 2003 and part of the MBO team in 2006 which doubled the size of the Group. In 1997 Mr. Foulger became Chief Financial Officer and a Board Member of Wireless Systems International, a startup 3G wireless infrastructure developer and manufacturer, where he was one of the first 10 employees and a key part of the team that grew the company in three years from an investment of $7 million to a value of $120 million.

Before that he was Group CFO and Board Member from 1992 of global EDA software Group Racal Redac.
