Last night Morgan Properties participated in the Maryland Multi-Housing Association’s (MMHA) 13 th Annual Star Awards. Morgan Properties achieved 5 awards in recognition of excellence, outstanding achievement and commitment to the multi-family industry. The MMHA’s annual awards program is judged by industry experts from neighboring apartment associations and is presented annually.
Highlights from MMHA’s Star Awards included: A Gold Star Award in
the Stellar Property Manager category for Michele Lohsl from The Villages of Chartleytowne in Reisterstown, MD; a Silver Star Award in the Stellar Community for Townhomes with rents above $800 for Gwynnbrook Townhomes in Baltimore, MD; & Star Certification Honorable Mention for communities scoring over 80% on their evaluations for The Villages of Chartleytowne in Reisterstown, MD, Belvedere Towers in Baltimore, MD and The Carlyle in Baltimore, MD.
