Mobistar : Werner De Laet appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Orange Luxembourg

Brussels,  14 March 2013 - The board of directors of Orange Luxembourg, in close
collaboration  with the board of directors  of the Mobistar group, has appointed
Werner De Laet as Chief Executive Officer of Orange Luxembourg. He will take the
lead  of the company as from May 15(th) 2013 and replace Patrick Ittah, who left
the company on January 15(th).
