2010-08-13 12:20:07 - Consumer Reports, usually a trusted source, released a misleading report in their September issue titled “The 12 Most Dangerous Supplements”

Milwaukee WI, August 13, 2010 -- Consumer Reports, usually a trusted source, released a misleading report in their September issue titled “The 12 Most Dangerous Supplements

Once again the nutritional supplement industry is receiving a false and misleading attack. Among the 12 supplements listed many have been proven beneficial but are also in direct competition with the pharmaceutical industry’s prescription drug products and revenue.

Jeffrey Zindler, Scientific Researcher said. “Unfortunately the news media spends time attacking supplements which are safe and beneficial to the body. They misrepresent these natural products such as germanium by saying all forms of germanium are toxic. This is a blatant lie. While germanium dioxide is toxic, germanium-132 is naturally found in many foods”

Germanium-132 showed up in the

Consumer Report September issue. Mr. Zindler stated, “Consumer Reports should be able to prove to the public that it has harmful effects, but in reality – that is impossible! For the simple reason that Germanium-132 is naturally found in Garlic, Ginseng and Aloe Vera, which we all know have many health benefits and are not toxic to consume.

These are only a few of the foods that are loaded with Germanium-132. The Germanium-132 produced in this country is also in an organic form, which through extensive research has shown NO TOXIC SIDE EFFECTS, OR TOXICITY AT ANY AMOUNT INGESTED Dr. Asai, of Japan made it his life’s work of perfecting and finding natural sources of Germanium-132

It was also noted by Mr. Zindler through his research that “The Center for Poison Control has never reported a death from a nutritional supplement in the history of the United StatesThe reason he states this is because these reports “confuse the public and are used for justification to ban natural ingredients without scientific proof because it benefits the drug companies which cannot patent these substances

Mr. Zindler, further states, that “just because a magazine like Consumer Reports publishes this type of article does not mean if provides the whole picture. There is a running underground battle ongoing these days between the natural supplement industry and the pharmaceutical industry; so many times you just have to follow the money and do your own research
