A cross-disciplinary team of attorneys from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. : represented Velocity Technology Solutions, Inc. in its acquisition of the Lawson and Kronos hosting business, formerly NetASPx Inc., from NaviSite, Inc. for $56 million in cash.

In addition to advising Velocity on all aspects of the transaction including preparing and negotiating the acquisition documents, the debt agreements and the equity investment, the firm also assisted the company with restructuring of its internal capital structure and intellectual property agreements.
