Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that it represented HepaHope, Inc., a company focused on the development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products for patients with chronic and acute liver disease, in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Listed on April 30, 2009, the shares are included in the Entry Standard (Open Market) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The shares were offered at the fixed price of EUR 1.52 per share and opened at EUR 1.68.
