Harris, an associate at Crowe & Mulvey, LLP, recently organized and is set to chair a seminar for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) organization that is designed to help both new and veteran attorneys better understand how to successfully manage a medical malpractice case, for either plaintiffs or defendants. The seminar will include presentations regarding case evaluation, the discovery process, effectively using expert witnesses, and several
other pertinent medical malpractice litigation topics.
As chair of the seminar, Harris’ role will be to generate speaking topics, gather speakers for the seminar, and pose questions for discussion and debate, allowing for a more collaborative, educational environment. The seminar is run through the MCLE organization, and attendees will earn up to three CLE credits for their participation. Those who aren’t available to attend the January 14th, 2013, seminar will be able to listen to a recorded webcast of the proceedings, available online January 21st.
