The Latina actress was linked to the role of Excella Gionne in August (09),

allegedly joining a cast which includes Milla Jovovich and Heroes star Ali Larter.
But Mendes is adamant she has nothing to do with the next Resident Evil sequel - and she has no desire to ever take on such a role.
Asked whether the rumors are true, she told WENN, "God, no! No, no, no! Never!"
