Deloitte's Fast 500 list ranks the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America based on percentage revenue growth over a five-year period.

The Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte's regional North American Fast 50 programs. In order to qualify, companies must have had revenues of at least $50,000 in 2003 and $5,000,000 in 2007, as well as be headquartered in North America. In addition, the company must own proprietary technology or intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devote a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.
