The election of representatives to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board
will be held on

Thursday 21 February 2013 at 1 p.m at SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Main Office, 3rd
floor, Storgt. 65, Tromsø.

Notice of this meeting has been sent to all holders of primary capital
certificates with known addresses.

This year five representatives are to be elected. There will be a by-election
for a deputy member for the Supervisory Board. The election period is 4 years.
The election meeting shall also elect one leader, one member and one deputy
member of the election committee. The period of the election committee is 2
years. Enclosed you will find the list of the recommended candidates.

Those entitled to vote are the holders of primary capital certificates that are
registered in the Norwegian Registry of   Securities (Verdipapirsentralen). Each
primary capital certificate carries one vote.

The results of the election will be announced at www.snn.no after the SpareBank
1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board's meetings 20(th) and 21(th) March 2013.
