HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/17/12 -- The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, and Mr. Peter van Praagh, President of the Halifax International Security Forum, will hold a press conference at the conclusion of the fourth annual Halifax International Security Forum, on November 18, 2012. Minister MacKay will make a statement on the event and answer questions from representatives of the media.
