Through a recent acquisition, MDA DataQuick joins MDA MindBox(R) under the umbrella of MDA Lending Solutions. MDA Lending Solutions' traditional services include collateral valuation, title and property search, flood compliance, residential credit and closing/settlement products. Added to this will be MindBox's advanced decisioning technology and DataQuick's data and analytics.
Walsh has more than 20 years of proven experience within the mortgage and technology industries and most recently served as president of San Diego-based Del Mar Database (now Del Mar DataTrac), the leading provider of technology solutions to residential lenders. Previously, Walsh was the president of Oakland, Calif.-based RF/Spectrum Decision Science Corp. and chairman and CEO of Burlingame, Calif.-based PureCarbon, Inc. (now Workstream, Inc.).
Additionally, Walsh held senior management positions at Woodland Hills, Calif.-based Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, Seattle, Wash.-based SeaFirst Bank and Oakland, Calif.-based All Pacific Mortgage. He earned a bachelor's degree from California Lutheran College, graduating summa cum laude and holds a master's degree in business administration.
