ZeOmega is pleased to announce that McLaren Health Plan, a Michigan-based Health Maintenance Organization and a subsidiary of McLaren Health Care, one of the top 25 integrated health care systems in the United States, has selected ZeOmega's flagship care management software JIVATM to deploy an integrated medical management, disease management and population management program. McLaren Health Plan and Health Advantage

(TPA) will use the platform to serve more than 194,000, Medicaid, Commercial and Health Advantage members throughout Michigan.

McLaren Health Plan will use JIVATM for managing Asthma, Diabetes and Hypertension conditions.
