So Vibgyor re-created a high-end salon experience at the Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj for every woman, complete with personalized scalp testing by an expert hair consultant.

Women walking into the mall between 8th-10th March were treated to an expert hairdresser who offered specialized consulting after using special equipment to test you hair and scalp type. She selected the in-salon program best suited to your hair-type and will also recommend a personalized home-care program.
Each guest who underwent a consultation and diagnosis was handed out a goody bag with Kerastase and Keraskin samples and brochures with product information. Select guests were also given complimentary Kerastase Ritual vouchers which could be redeemed at Geetanjali Salons.

This Women’s Day, L’Oreal Paris Femina Women Awards 2013 celebrated women of worth and their contribution to various fields such as science, arts, entrepreneurship, sports, television and music . In their second edition, these awards honored women with extraordinary accomplishments, exemplary leadership and exceptional commitment to their careers and communities.
Of the 17 categories that handpicked women for outstanding contribution in their respective fields, four were reader’s choice awards – Face of a Cause, Science & Innovation, Online Influencer and Social Impact. Vibgyor was the on-ground partner to encourage people to vote for women in these categories. Reaching out to people in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, voting booths were set up in malls where people could vote online on Facebook or through a ballot box.
While the stories of these women were played on huge plasma TV screens, promoters with tablets invite people to the voting booths and ask them to cast their votes. “I have been following Sampat Pal and her gulabi gang for some time now. I think her work in the field of women empowerment truly deserves recognition” said 22 year old Bhumi Vashisht, a first-time voter from Delhi.
The 12x12 setup created by Vibgyor at various malls across the three cities saw over 4,000 votes being cast. Many women admitted that they were compelled to cut their shopping trip short to spend some time listening to these incredible stories and casting their votes. Several admitted that while they had been meaning to vote, they had been unable to make the time for ituntil they
saw the voting zone at malls. Vibgyor promoters made sure that more and more people cast their votes.
Speaking about the activity, Dhruv Kalra, Marketing Head at Vibgyor said, “It was fantastic to see so many people vote. Though we were a little apprehensive in the beginning as the nominees were not easily recognizable faces, the response was very encouraging. Thousands of people watched the stories of these women on the huge plasma screens set up by us an queued up to vote.”
The results will be announced in an exclusive L’Oreal Paris Femina Women Awards Ceremony on March 19th. With each story as special as the next, no matter who wins, each woman is already a winner in her own right!
