Master white collar criminal Mark Morze of the infamous fraud of the 1980's.....ZZZZ Best Carpet Cleaning on Talk Forensics this Sunday, November 8th @ 4pm eastern
Talk Forensics, a highly popular talk radio show hosted by Larry Daniel of Guardian Digital Forensics, is proud to announce that Master white collar criminal Mark Morze will be the guest on Talk Forensics for the Novemebr 8th Episode. Mark Morze was the CFO of the infamous ZZZZ BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY, which perpetrated a billion dollar fraud in the late 1980's. For the last 14-years since being released from Federal prison after serving five years for stock fraud and insider trading, Mark has spoken to over 40,000 lawyers, accountants, and businesspersons in every state of the union.
Additionally Mark has lectured at the FBI Academy in Quantico Virginia and at business schools at Dartmouth, University of California, Ohio State University,
Pepperdine University, UCONN and dozens more. The topic is always how to detect and deter White Collar fraud.
Over the last 14-years, Mark has also written some 160 Business Plans for some prominent companies and individuals, such as famous Director James Cameron of “Titanic” fame, Bob Yari, Producer of Academy Award Winner “Crash”, and the Cedars Sinai Oncology Department.
Mark attended UCLA from 1970 through 1980 both as an undergraduate and as a graduate student. Mark played five years on the Varsity Football Team and nine years on the National Champion Varsity Rugby Team. Mark also served as a football coach under Dick Vermeil and Terry Donohue.
Although Mark never took a class in business, accounting, or economics, he was able to create some 30,000 false documents to convince Wall Street that ZBest was doing $400,000,000 worth of reconstruction jobs while in fact there was no work done at all in reality. This enabled ZBest to be registered on NASDAQ and to raise and get commitments for billions of dollars from the top investment banks on Wall Street.
Recently Mark has added a full analysis of the major frauds of the last few years, Enron, WorldCom, Tyco, Adelphia, Madoff, and so on. Now he adds a full analysis of the “subprime bank loans” and the fraud he’s found in that scandal, as well as a unique understanding of the Bernie Madoff ponzi, one very similar to Mark’s personal experience.
As the FBI and the other 40,000 students have learned:
TO BUILD A BETTER HEN HOUSE—ASK A FOX
Mark gives his attendees actual tools that any businessperson can use, immediately, to maximize the possibility of understanding, detecting, and deterring fraud.
