DALLAS, October 21, 2011 – Richard Kerr, Chief Executive Officer of MarketScout, lead a panel of energy experts in profiling market conditions, coverages and pricing metrics at the October 19, 2011 James K. Ruble Special Session hosted by The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. This session was attended exclusively by Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC).

Mr. Kerr was joined on this panel by Anthony Recanatini, Senior Vice President of OneBeacon, John B. Ludwig, Chief Executive Officer of EnRisk, John Schramm, Vice President of Chartis Global Energy Middle Markets.

The panel was unique because it provided differing expertise in the insurance company, retail and wholesale space.

Each panelist made an hour long presentation. To wrap up, Mr. Kerr lead an

interactive session with the CIC attendees and the speakers.
