A suspect in the attempted murder case of Mark Ruffalo's brother is being held by police. Shaha Mishaal Adham turned herself in to police in Beverly Hills, California, yesterday (08.12.08). A warrant for Adham's arrest was issued earlier
on Monday, and she is currently being held without bail. Issuing the arrest warrant, Beverly Hills police Lieutenant Tony Lee said: "Detectives developed more leads in the case, and Shaha Adham has been converted from a person of interest to a suspect." Adham, 26, arrived at the police station with Brian Burton Scofield, 29, who has also been named a 'person of interest' by police in the shooting. Scofield was booked on a traffic warrant for past violations unconnected with the investigation. Scott, a well known hairdresser who is married with one stepdaughter, is in a Los Angeles hospital and reportedly remains in a critical condition after he was shot in the head on December 1. 'Zodiac' actor Mark has remained by his 39-year-old brother's bedside since the incident. A spokesperson said: "The family are being very supportive of each other during this tragedy."
