Marilyn Monroe in a still image from a home movie, taken by an admirer of hers while she was leaving her home in New York in 1962 on her way to the rehearsal for her appearance at President John F. Kennedy's birthday party in May of 1962. Her short life of 36 years has become a magnet for hoaxes, rumors, scams and con artists.
But: Marilyn Monroe's romantic involvement with the Kennedy brothers has never been proven. It was built on speculations, conspiracy theories, gossip, boredom, lies and political motivations from the Republican Party which would refresh this myth in order to taint the memory of a charismatic President who was assassinated. Here as well: Respect must be paid. To Robert F. & John F. Kennedy.

A sofa is just another piece of furniture until something special or dramatic happens on it-and then the price goes wa-a-a-y up!
The sofa in question once cushioned glamorous actress Marilyn Monroe and boy-next-door actor Glenn Ford . . . for a night of fun and games.
Or so says Peter Ford, son of Glenn Ford who now claims his father entertained many stars and starlets on that sofa-none more notable than Marilyn Monroe herself. Ford was said to have written down Marilyn's response to their night of lovemaking: 'When we made love, she whispered, ‘I wish I could die right now, while I'm happy,''
Heritage Auction Galleries of Dallas expects the 8-foot sofa to bring in more than $3500 at auction next month.
Industry insiders and Marilyn fans question the sale of the sofa, pointing out that there was bad blood between father and son. In 1992 the seriously ill actor was hospitalized, and went into a coma-at which time the younger Ford took control of his estate. On recovery, the actor stated that he would leave his estate to his 39-year-old nurse and companion Pauli Kiernan.
The elder Ford said, 'What Peter has done to me is cruel and wicked. He just wants my money. I want my nurse Pauli to get the money. I know who's been good and kind to me in these last years of my life.'
Father and son reconciled several years later. The actor died in 2006 at age 90.
Which brings us back to the story of the sex sofa . . . which is no doubt baloney. There are just too many men (and boys) (including Elvis) in California for Marilyn Monroe to have been with so-o-o many people-and not one of them with any sort of proof you could take to the bank.
You have to
ask yourself: When did Marilyn have time for all the fun and games? all these romances? She appeared in 30 movies, starring in most of them, or with substantial parts. She read, she studied, she travelled, she gave quality time to her family and friends. She was married three times in her short life of only 36 years.
And when you dismiss the night with Glenn Ford as a fantasy, you can easily reject the 'Wish I could die right now, happy' as more of the same soap opera fantasy-but it's not Marilyn's, it's Glenn Ford's. Or better: his son's who is 'currently writing a biography about his father.' en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenn_Ford
And none of the fantasists seem to understand that their erotic daydreams turn Marilyn into a tramp-which her true fans know is not true. Another actor who got into the picture was Jerry Lewis who says Marilyn was actually with him when everyone assumed she was with JFK. Of course both versions are gossip fantasies. And those fantasies and lies go on and on.
A new dimension to the sex life of Marilyn Monroe appeared in April of 2008, just five months ago, in New York City, where a so-called memorabilia dealer announced to the gullible public that he'd found and brokered fifteen minutes of movie footage showing Marilyn Monroe and John F. Kennedy (or maybe it's Bobby) in a sex act-a roll of film that a buyer supposedly paid $1.5 million for. From sex tape to sex sofa, there's no end to the fantasies, the nonsense, the outrage.
The sex tape hoaxer's claim was quickly debunked by MARILYN MONROE PRODUCTIONS, LLC-which is devoted to protecting and upholding the image of Marilyn Monroe. It is now officially remembered as a hoax in the history of Marilyn Monroe. defamer.com/380219/exclusive-debunking-the-marilyn-monroe-sex-ta ..
Our story of our fight will be told at length in the forthcoming book 'The Rape of Marilyn Monroe.'
As you can see, the chapters are steadily growing, almost daily. Even or especially 46 years after Monroe's death--but:
Another hoax which made worldwide news headlines - please watch the video to refresh your memory. It has been only five months since this clear and shameful defamation of Marilyn Monroe took place.
