Faridabad, Feb 2013- “Manthan 2K13 – Cultural Festival and Annual Sports Meet”, the multi-disciplinary adventurous week at JB Knowledge Park divulged the hidden potential of stars of tomorrow. Chairman J P Gupta inaugurated the event to unveil the competitions in Technology, Fine Arts, Literature, Sports and various other categories. The fun-filled event witnessed more than 300 students participating.
Dean, Dr. Harshit Sinha, and members of faculty applauded the participants. Over whelmed to see the sheer excitement and profound energy, Chairman JP Gupta remarked that such extra-curricular activities encourage creativity, innovation and new possibilities.
While comic drama, Modern Satyawan – Savitri, and Ad Mad Show stole the show, Rangoli, Face-Painting, Fashion Tattoos, Calligraphy, Mehandi and Graffiti competitions added delight. Whiz kids displayed

their skills in LAN Gaming and debugging competitions. Intellectuals were either tested by Quiz Masters or participated in extempore declamations, recitations and creative writing competitions. Those who preferred physical activities were seen in the field. Sports Meet included Cricket, Football, Volley Ball, Badminton, Table Tennis and Athletics.
The event concluded with prize distributions followed by DJ dance. Creativity was adjudged best for Kuldeep winning Calligraphy and Priyanka winning Mehandi competition. Literary section had Ritu, Varsha and Chandra Prabha winning Declamation, Creative Writing and Recitation respectively. Karan and Mayank were the singing sensations, and Rahul and Tushar were dancing winners.
