and  investment company, announces that Mr. Terry Olin will leave the Management
Committee of the Company as per 31 January 2013.

The  Management Committee of EPH remains otherwise unchanged and is now composed
of four members.

EPH  wishes  to  express  its  appreciation  to  Mr. Olin for his service to the
Company and its shareholders, starting with the Company's inception in 2003.
