Macrotron Systems, Inc. is proud to announce that it is now certified as an ISO 9001:2008, Quality Management Systems compliant organization. Accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), the certification confirms our aim for consistency and reliability.
The ISO 9000 standard relates to quality management systems for organizations to ensure that its design and implementation meets the needs of customers, shareholders and employees.
The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure a consistently high benchmark of quality in the services and work products that we provide to our customers.
To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant, Macrotron Systems, Inc. underwent a 6 month evaluation process that included the development of
a formal quality management system (QMS), management systems review, employee training, process documentation, establishment of process metrics and a pre-audit initial assessment; all of which are required to be in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The process culminated in a 2-day registration audit. A certificate of registration was issued to Macrotron Systems on March 12, 2013.
