- The Board of Directors of 3M (NYSE:MMM) today declared a dividend on the company's common stock of 50 cents per share for the second quarter of 2008, payable June 12, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2008. This cash dividend is the 367th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by 3M.
