LYON, France (AP) - Lyon has agreed to sign FC Porto striker Lisandro Lopez for ¤24 ($39 million).
The seven-time French league champion announced on its Web site Tuesday that the deal could rise to ¤28 ($46 million) with performance bonuses.
Lyon will finalize the deal once the 26-year-old Argentina striker has completed his medical test. He scored 49 league goals in 106 league games for Porto.

Lyon sold star striker Karim Benzema to Real Madrid last week for ¤35 million ($57.4 million).
