New Web 2.0 Feature Provides Easy Access to Frequently-Used Items and Peer-Group Favorites in TagTeam Marketing/Sales Libraries Maynard, MA, July 14, 2008 -- Longwood Software, developer of the TagTeamŪ marketing materials management system (www.tagteam.com), has introduced the Hot List, a Web 2.0 enhancement to TagTeam. The Hot List personalizes TagTeam for each user, and makes it easy for users to identify, access, and manage their most-used items; receive automatic notices of new or updated items in their
company's TagTeam library; view the most popular items based on their peers' use of the system; and manage their personal profiles.
The Hot List feature extends the personalization and collaborative capabilities of the TagTeam system. It complements TagTeam Discussions, a recently-added social networking feature that provides marketing and sales professionals with an open online channel for group interaction, individual input and access to an organization's best practices.
The TagTeam Hot List provides convenient access to each individual's and organization's most popular marketing and sales assets. The Hot List user interface panel follows users as they access different parts of the TagTeam system, so it is always available to them. Items can be added or deleted from the Hot List at any time.
Users manage their own most-frequently used items in the 'My Favorites' section of the Hot List. In 'Top 10 Favorites,' they view a compilation of the most popular items that users in their peer group have selected as favorites. The Hot List also has a 'New for You' section that contains an automatically-generated list of new or updated items based on each user's interests and role. The 'Personalization' panel within the Hot List is used to access the user's TagTeam profile.

TagTeam administrators enable the Hot List feature for any or all of the zones within their TagTeam system. Typical zones include those for sales, distributors, geographic markets, trade shows, images, samples, and employee-specific teams.
